I am always feeling thirsty.
Before you say it, yes, I was worried as well and have been tested for diabetes. I do not have it. I think the being thirsty is just a side-effect of the diet since Prawn suffers from the same thing.
Now how much water do I actually drink daily? What is "A lot"? Well for the first time today I decided to actually track my water intake using a 500ml water bottle. The same bottle I drink from at work all day long.

& I even made an effort to drink a little less water today (resulting in veeeeery dry lips for most of the afternoon) because I wanted to make sure I didn't drink more than I would in an average day just because I was tracking my water intake.
So that's that. When I say I drink a lot of water, I mean it I guess.
Now, I do not eat a lot of salty foods. At all in fact. I don't really see the point of salt? I don't find it makes the food taste better. I never add it to any of my meals and I use Ms. Dash, which is a salt-less seasoning product, on all my meat.
What do you think? Is this amount of water drinking a problem?
Prawn looked into it, because I was worried, and although it is possible to die from drinking too much water (water intoxication), a person my weight would have to drink 16L of water to be at risk. So I'm safe.

I know this is your old blog, but I think this is interesting! I drink about 4L of water a day now, and find it has increased the further I've gone on the diet. As long as its throughout the day and not in one huge hit, I cant find anything (reputable) online to say this is bad or dangerous.
