Recipes

Here is a collection of some of the recipes I have attempted throughout my 11 months of following the Dukan Diet. Most of the recipes I have tried can be found in Dr Dukans books, the original as well as the new Dukan Cookbook.

Some worked and others were complete failures. Feel free to poke around.

New recipes might be coming through slowly since I have modified my Dukan Diet to work with my new Bodybuilding dreams, but I'm sure I will continue to post some new, delicious and tested recipes for you all to enjoy as I continue on my journey.

Enjoy.

  1. Hi again... I have been hearing a lot about these new shirataki noodles....no carbs, no fat, no nothing! All the websites I have seen say that they are accepted in the Dukan but have you tried them? They are really hard to find in Italy (gee I wonder why with all the abundance of pasta around) and expensive but if anyone gives me the thumbs up I'll try to get them online and give it a go :-)

    1. I have not found any in Canada, but I have heard a lot about them and know that they are complicated to cook, but well worth it, really delicious if prepared properly. Listen to slgbug66 down below and do your research on proper marinating.

      Good luck!

  2. I love them, just found them in macaroni form, the brand I find in the US is House of Foods. The trick is preparing them, rinse them well, and marinate them, on PV days, mix with onions and peppers, they absorb flavor. I've heard of baking them for a crunchy snack, but haven't tried that yet!
