That your celebration meals were going to be the death of you :p <br /><br />The only thing I can suggest, which I find helps me, is I carry around a couple of protein snack bars in my handbag with me at all times. That way I can have chocolate without feeling guilty :)<br /><br />They are not strictly allowed I know, but "Atkins" have some great chocolate bars that sell in the supermarkets, and although not brilliant in stats, they really hit the spot for feeling like being naughty. I am sure you already know about them anyway, but they have chocolate bars and brownie bars etc. I am sure you guys would have some sort of equivalent?<br /><br />You can definitely do it, you have amazing willpower. Perhaps changing the terminology away from cheat or celebration meals will help? Call them allowed/added/tolerated meals or something that doesn't make you feel like you can go nuts :D I don't see them as cheat meals now, I see them as tolerated anyway.
