INGREDIENTS
1 cup of fruit (I used 1/2 a cup of chopped apple and 1/2 a cup of chopped strawberries)
1 tbsp 0 sugar 0 fat syrup
1 tsp almond butter
Big sprinkling of cinnamon
3 packets splenda
Mix all ingredients and then cook in a pan on medium for about 5 minutes.
You can eat it on it's own or mix it with about a cup of Greek yogurt... I'm telling you. This was super yummy.
